This Is Not a Hotel.

Our property is a boutique guesthouse which is a methodology that we know and love. We don’t have a gym, a restaurant, room service or a business centre.

What we offer guests is lodgings inspired by, and filled with, contemporary art, classic and modern design, antiques and family heirlooms, and sophisticated wallcoverings and colour pallets.

Our concierge are not just problem solvers but Milanese enthusiasts, excited to help you get the most out of your trip to Milan. While we don’t have a business centre if you need something printed or scanned, the lifestyle team will happily assist.

Here’s how it works.

Ring the bell (we do not have a main entrance that opens directly onto the main street) and our concierge team will let you in and greet you right away!

We’re here to welcome you and see you off

Check-out by 11am

Early check-in and late check-out gladly granted on request when available (who doesn’t love a sleep in?).

Bags & Luggage

Whatever time you arrive we are more than happy to store your bags until your room is ready or keep them after check-out until it’s time for your departure. We want you to take your time to get the most out of your stay in Milan without having to drag your suitcase behind you!

Reception & Concierge

Our lifestyle management team are local Milanese gurus brimming with hot tips and hints about where to go, what to eat and who to look out for. The team are available onsite in person from 8:30am – 6:30pm and by phone afterhours. Ensuring your trip goes to plan is their priority, so apart from check in and check out, feel free to ask for help with booking any transport, tickets or reservations throughout your stay.

In case of afterhours check-in you simply need to warn the team ahead of time and they will organize to be there to greet you upon arrival.

Drinks & Snacks

Crossing Manzoni is all about you having the trip that you want. We don’t have a restaurant or a café, but we do have a 24/7 kitchenette always fully stocked with soft drinks, hot drinks, coffee and sweet snacks. All items are complimentary and replenished daily. Guests can help themselves any time on the house. If you’re jetlagged or just fancy a soft drink and a piece of tart, the kitchenette is always open. All rooms have a complimentary refreshment tray with a kettle, a variety of tea bags and biscuits.

The Scala Family Suite is equipped with its own kitchenette for extra convenience.

Housekeeping

The housekeepers are discrete and clean the entire property room by room each day. Towels are changed daily while bedlinens are changed every second day.

Tech Extras

We offer free WI-FI throughout the property and guest rooms are equipped with a latest model Philips 50-inch smart TV so that you don’t fall behind on your favourite TV series!

House Rules

Cots can be added to any room type at no additional cost.

Extra beds are available in Deluxe Rooms.

Small pets are allowed on request.

Crossing Manzoni is a smoke free environment.

Family Friendly

Family trips are the best, but we all need our space sometimes which is why Crossing Manzoni was planned to allow for a range of room types. Borgospesso and Spiga on the second floor are interconnecting (they actually have their own little wing with a door that closes them off from the rest of the property) and together sleep up to five adults.
On the first floor the Venezia and Bagutta rooms can be combined to create a two-bedroom Family Suite named Scala which includes a private kitchenette equipped with a fully stocked fridge, microwave, Fabita induction hob, sink, Nespresso coffee-cappuccino machine and sweet snacks. Booking Scala is good for groups of up to six and offers guests the privacy and convenience of an apartment.
